We needed a 4 point inspection for our home insurance. Sean responded timely, inspected, explained the findings, and identified problems that may arise in the future if not addressed. Dream Home Inspections completed a wind mitigation report on my residence so that I could apply for a discount with my Homeowners Insurance company. The inspector did an amazing job and provided a report to me within 48 hours. The cost was less than or in line with other inspection companies and I was able to cut my insurance bill in half by having this wind mitigation report completed. The best thing is that the Dream Home Inspector was there for me after the inspection to provided me with ideas to help secure my home during a hurricane. I appreciate a company that provides such good service.

When a my safe florida inspector issued a report that our home didn't meet a requirement, Dreams Home helped me dispute the inspector and forced my safe florida to overturn the incorrect report. Sean Skirrow was my home inspector with Dream Home Inspection. Sean checked on a regular basis with the appointment schedule by text & email with concerning the contract involved. Sean is a very good guy to have as your home inspector. He was very knowledgeable at what to look for in new builds & immediately found several issues which weren’t major issues but in the long run impacts energy efficiency. He gave me some pointers on water heater maintenance which I had no idea about. This inspection wasn’t the extensive inspection but Sean still made sure everything checked out.
