We needed a 4 point inspection for our home insurance. Sean responded timely, inspected, explained the findings, and identified problems that may arise in the future if not addressed. Things we were unaware of. We found him to be very professional, knowledgable, and personable. Highly recommend this company.

Dream Home Inspections completed a wind mitigation report on my residence so that I could apply for a discount with my Homeowners Insurance company. The inspector did an amazing job and provided a report to me within 48 hours. The cost was less than or in line with other inspection companies and I was able to cut my insurance bill in half by having this wind mitigation report completed. The best thing is that the Dream Home Inspector was there for me after the inspection to provided me with ideas to help secure my home during a hurricane. I appreciate a company that provides such good service.
