We had a major leak in our roof and we contacted several roofing companies. Chris was one of them and was the first to respond quickly. Within two days he had scaffolding in place and the roof was secured. Although the damage was far beyond his and our initial expectations, we could not afford the increased budget and as a result Chris and I chose not to proceed. Chris was extremely professional throughout, including promptly and without request returning the portion of the down payment that was not used for the scaffolding. Sadly, this was an unusual experience for us and we will definitely be dealing with Chris again if we need further assistance. Includes photos of the roof secured with scaffolding.

Chris was flexible and patient with us and the team managed to work to our time constraints regarding scaffolding easily.
