Drain Unit

This was our first experience with Juan. I had tried to snake our clogged kitchen drain after someone dumped a pot of pasta in the garburator. I had a power drain auger but lost the coil attachment at the end of the snake inside the plumbing. So I had a kitchen drain blocked by the original clog and the lost attachment now. No problem for Juan. Expert and knowledgeable service. He knows what he's doing. Very courteous and professional. Cleaned up after himself. Very nice gentleman to work with. He also discovered a small hairline crack in our p-trap and replaced it with a sort of clean-out access point that will allow me to use my snake in the future with running water. Perfect! I would highly recommend him if you have any plumbing issues!

I have a rental property and my tenants were concerned that the sump pump at the property wasn't working. I called Juan at Drain Unit and asked him to check it out. It was my first time dealing with Drain Unit and Juan. Juan was extremely friendly and professional and after listening to my issues he promptly scheduled a time later that morning to come check out the sump pump. Juan went out and diagnosed the situation. He tested the sump pump thoroughly and determined that everything was in good working order. Because no additional work had to be done Juan did not charge me anything. He sent me full details of what he did, which included photos. Juan was extremely detailed, friendly, and professional. I will definitely go back to Juan and Drain Unit for any plumbing issues. I highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of plumbing service. 5 star service. Thanks Juan!!!

Juan, Vince, and Ivan are the guys you can trust to diagnose and solve your plumbing issues. In my case, our walkout basement drain appeared to be clogged but upon Vince and Ivan's investigation, they found a broken clay pipe that was a dead pipe not connected to anything but the ground with tree roots coming from the side. They suggested a sump pump system for this walkout basement situation and they even got complimented by another plumber contractor on their work. I marked where to put the new walkout basement drain and they were able to get it done right. They were also open to communicate through text as well! Thanks D-UNIT !
