Stefan was excellent to deal with. I recently had a sewage backup in my basement, and one of the causes was a blocked main line, full of roots from the mature trees on my boulevard. Stefan was very quick to respond to my call, worked with me to find a time that fit my schedule (no easy task), and was incredibly clear with the pricing and estimated time to complete the job. He was clean and thorough, even walking me through a few steps I could do to negate future problems. I will be calling him on a maintenance basis!

Called about a completely clogged kitchen drain line at 8am and I had someone onsite by 10 am. Dakota was very courteous , professional and informative . Fair price was quoted before the work began . Fantastic experience, I called and he was here within 20 to 30 min. He fixed the issue and explained what work needs to be done in the future to prevent any more issues. The price for fixing the kitchen clog was very reasonable and the quote to fix the pipe in the basement from the kitchen was also great. Very professional and he explained everything in detail. We had a main line plug on a busy Saturday morning at our house, Stefan dispatched Dakota. Dakota assessed over the phone and showed up quickly he dealt with the problem quickly. Almost no disturbance tomorrow day.

My mainline backed up today, I called Stefan, and he was very kind, considerate and professional!! He was at my home within 30 minutes of my call, and did an extremely thorough job, definitely the best plumber I've had out in the 17 years I've lived in this home, and I've had to have the mainline done yearly, sometimes more often when it wasn't done as well! We had an issue with our sewer backing up on an older home. We called out another plumber who Ran a snake through the main line and said it was fixed. 2 weeks later we had the same issue come up. The same plumber came out and informed me we had a massive issue that would cost 4k to fix. Decided to get a second opinion and called Drain Brain. They showed up the next day and listened to my concerns. Ran a camera down the main line and discovered the "massive problem" actually didn't exist and that the original plumber actually left 95% of the roots in the line. After discovering this we ran the snake and cut out all of the blockage. Followed this up with a camera inspection and showed my the perfectly working line. This just goes to show when you hire cheap trades you get a cheap result. Hire Drain Brain the first time and be worry free. With this being said Drain Brain was actually very competitive in pricing and preformed beyond my expectations.

Stefan updated our kitchen plumbing to accommodate a new sink. He completed the job quickly to keep us on schedule with our kitchen update. He’s very professional, accommodating, honest, and fair. We couldn’t be happier with the finished result. In the middle of the job we also contacted him to swap out a leaking hot water tank for a relative, he was able to help out with that too on short notice. We will continue to use his services for all our plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

We had dirty water backing up into our basement and basement bathtub due to clogged main sewer line. After calling around Stefan was the only one able to help us out on a Sunday evening. He completely unclogged our main sewer line to the street and into the house. He was even able to remove the stuck cap on the main sewer line that other plumbers weren't able to remove. Pricing was very reasonable and the work was exceptional. Will definitely be recommending Stefan!

Great service. I called because I had a toilet backing up and some leakage elsewhere. Called and they answered right away, said that they could come in about 1.5-2 hours, but got a text saying that they could come even earlier. The service was fast and very friendly. He also explained some other things to help with the smell and preventative maintenance. I will be recommending this company to family and friends.

Make these guys your first call. You won't regret it! Came home to a basement full of water in the late evening. Called Drain Brain after getting bounced around by other providers with no help. Stefan listened to what was happening, gave me a time he would be there and was there on time! He took a look at my sewer drain and was able to identify the problem and quickly sort it out. Thanks to his quick work and expertise, my sewer began draining, the faulty backwater valve was removed with a plan to replace, and he was on his way. Stefan is fair in pricing, shares his knowledge to make you a more informed homeowner, and was a decent and compassionate dude. Immediately passed his contact info to my friends and family.
