Dragon Stoves & Fireplaces

So we decided to swap out our open fire for a stove. We walked into dragon stoves and when we felt the heat off the one in the shop we were sold. We chose everything we wanted and went big as our chimney brest is really wide. A couple of week later we are sat with the stove going. Every step was easy and they did a superb job. We will be back for another one for sure

Walked into the store with the intention of browsing log burners twenty minutes later we had purchased a log burner and limestone fireplace. The service was excellent and subsequently arrangements made for it to be delivered and installed. Again the installation was also excellent with care and consideration by the engineers.Full demonstration given together with the necessary paperwork work and certification. Great after service for accessories too. Very happy all round!!

A friend of mine recommended that I get in touch with DRAGON STOVES AND FIRE PLACES . Because we were looking to have a log burner installed didn’t really know much about them so we got in touch with the owner called Martin he was very helpful and took us through the process of it all he was very knowledgeable about it all. The lads that came to install the log burner and fire surround they were very polite and tidy doing there job nothing was a problem with them they took good care of what they were doing always tidying up after themselves and made sure everything was covered whilst they were working. The all process from the start to the finish Took a couple of days.thank again to MARTIN MICK AND DAVE. The fire and surround looks great really happy with the great job that they done. WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE THINKING TO HAVE A LOG BURNER INSTALLED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM.

First class service from choosing the correct log burner to having it fully installed. Martin is an expert on the subject and provided a wealth of advice throughout the project, even calling out after installation to ensure that we knew how to get the best out of the stove. The fitters really worked throughout the installation, not a minute wasted and were very friendly, neat and tidy and knowledgeable. They did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Martin and his team.

I cannot recommend DRAGON STOVES AND FIREPLACES highly enough. From my initial phone call,to a home visit,to visiting the shop and the numerous phone calls I made to ask questions Martin (the owner) was absolutely excellent, professional, extremely knowledgeable (30 plus years in the industry) and non pushy (very important to me). His installation crew (only 3 days) did a fantastic job ensuring at every stage I was happy with the job being carried out. What absolutely sold it to me was that Martin arranges to come over, inspect the job to ensure I’m happy and then gave me a tutorial on how to use the fire bringing wood and firelighters himself, the after service is key for me. DRAGON stood out for me as they use proper bricks and made me a chimney breast etc where I’d only had a gas fire, not board with bricks adhered to it which all other companies offered. I’m so thrilled with the final outcome. I would 100% recommend them to anyone considering a burner with no reservations whatsoever.

I ordered my stove from Dragon Stoves and fireplaces after visiting his showroom on Finkle Street in Thorne . Martin was very professional and helped me choose the correct stove for the space and the price was very reasonable. The team who came out to fit the stove was highly professional, very polite , they went beyond the call of duty to make sure we were happy . Martin arranged an after sales visit to show us how we use the stove and advised what products was best and how to care for the stove . We would highly recommend and indeed already have.

I’ve just had a log burner and fireplace surround installed by dragon fireplaces and it looks absolutely stunning and is a complete transformation from the previous fireplace. I would like to thank both Ricky & Ian who fitted it as they both put their heart and soul into it. I cannot recommend them enough for the great job they have done. Martin the boss is obviously passionate about his work and even came to the house after the fitting to show how to use the fire correctly. He is a kind thoughtful man with a good sense of humour. Had to have a replacement log burner installed last year. Martin was very helpful and accommodating. Looks wonderful and the after sales service has been very professional.Value for money and very good when they come and sweep the chimney too.
