I had a really good experience with Dr. Vivek Kumar and his team. I had booked an appointment but unfortunately got a bit late in reaching the clinic. Despite that, the doctor and his staff were kind enough to wait for me patiently, which I truly appreciate. The consultation was thorough and the doctor listened carefully to all my concerns without rushing through anything. The staff was also very polite and helpful throughout. Overall, a very positive and comforting experience highly recommended!

Friends, I want to share my mother’s recent experience so that others can be careful. She had hearing issues after a cold. One doctor immediately said it was due to age and advised costly machines for both ears, without suggesting any medication. Later, we consulted another doctor in Greater Noida who explained it was only due to the cold and prescribed medicine. Within one day of treatment, my mother felt much better. This shows the importance of always seeking a second opinion before agreeing to expensive or lifelong treatments. Sometimes the issue can be temporary and easily treated. Please be cautious and don’t rush into costly decisions without exploring all options.

Dr. seemed good but the clinicn is extremely money minded. My father had pain on the right ear for sometime and had applied soliwax with a cotton plug couple of days before visiting. They charged Rs 1000/- just for removing the cotton with a tweazer. It acted benevolent for forgoing wax suction charges of Rs 200/- but net Rs 800/- for just taking out a cotton plug is fleecing the customer. Will write more for edficacy of treatment after reviewing my father's condition after a week.

I recently visited for the removal of ear wax, as my ear was completely blocked. I’m very satisfied with the experience. The doctor is clearly a specialist in this field—extremely knowledgeable, patient, and skilled. The procedure was done smoothly and painlessly, and I could feel immediate relief. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism shown throughout the consultation. Highly recommended for anyone facing ENT issues!

The patient queue management is extremely poor. There doesn’t seem to be a proper appointment system in place, resulting in very long wait times. One of the reception staff— the coordinator—is quite rude and unprofessional. They also don’t seem to understand how to prioritize young children who have severe ear pain and hence, cannot wait for extended periods.

Ear discharge last 1 year, after consulting dr Vivek sir, he suggested to me for surgery, after surgery now my ear drum is normal and hearing also normal. Thanks dr Vivek sir and staff is very helpful

They are selling medicine only, there is no proper reply and process of treatment. After two visits I still don’t know how and why the ear infection occurred, what is treatment process and how many days it will take. There is no proper advice to the patients.
