Very disappointing experience. I took my mother to this doctor for her headache and dizziness. He did not even check her ears or perform a basic examination. Instead, he immediately asked us to get certain tests done without properly speaking to us or understanding her condition. We came all the way from Bulandshahar with hope, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. It felt like the focus was only on ordering tests rather than examining the patient. Moreover, the staff for conducting the tests were not even available on site, and the doctor refused to check her without the test reports. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience.

I visited Dr. Vivek because I was having ear pain and couldn’t hear properly from one ear. He listened patiently, explained everything clearly. Within 1–2 weeks, my ear was completely fine and my hearing was back to normal. I would definitely recommend him.

Most pathetic and insensitive doctor I had ever seen in my entire life. My mom went under a surgery by him for hole in ear drum on 31st Jan 2026. After that she was in pain on regular intervals we visited the kailash hospital OPD and emergency multiple times for consultation and he said that there is an infection that arise, one after another he gave us multiple excuses for pain. Finally on 5th March 2026 we decided to go for a second opinion and the doctor showed us that the ear drum is not repaired, there is still hole in ear drum and now she can't be operated again. All because of his negligence this doctor is. I advise everyone not to consult him for any issues.

I had a really good experience with Dr. Vivek Kumar and his team. I had booked an appointment but unfortunately got a bit late in reaching the clinic. Despite that, the doctor and his staff were kind enough to wait for me patiently, which I truly appreciate. The consultation was thorough and the doctor listened carefully to all my concerns without rushing through anything. The staff was also very polite and helpful throughout. Overall, a very positive and comforting experience highly recommended!

Friends, I want to share my mother’s recent experience so that others can be careful. She had hearing issues after a cold. One doctor immediately said it was due to age and advised costly machines for both ears, without suggesting any medication. Later, we consulted another doctor in Greater Noida who explained it was only due to the cold and prescribed medicine. Within one day of treatment, my mother felt much better. This shows the importance of always seeking a second opinion before agreeing to expensive or lifelong treatments. Sometimes the issue can be temporary and easily treated. Please be cautious and don’t rush into costly decisions without exploring all options.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Pathak. My husband undergoes surgery under his supervision in Kailash Hospital and Neuroscience. Dr. Pathak and his team were there with us all the time. Now my husband is doing well.

My baby has problems with both ears. The doctor prescribed some medicines, but they did not help. Later, the doctor said it would take time to heal. Suddenly, after three days, he said the ears were fine, but again my baby is facing the same problem. Also, the staff took my phone and posted a review themselves, talking about surgery and other things. I will not recommend this doctor. All the reviews appear to be fake.
