My sewing machine suddenly stopped working mid- project. Machine manufacturer's website has online support but was charging a $40 fee just to talk to a technician. Called Dr. Sewing Machine and made a same day in-home service appointment. Mr. Jeon Lee arrived promptly and repaired my machine to my complete satisfaction. He also cleaned and oiled it. He explained why the machine failed, made suggestions on maintenance and also gave me tips on tension settings for certain common stitches. What he charged for his services were more than fair. I also appreciated the respect he showed my home by removing his shoes upon entering. Even my bulldog liked him. I would not hesitate to call him again. Thank you.
