Dr. S.S. Chandel is an experienced doctor at this hospital.and he is very humble and polite and staff is supportive. However, the hospital is quite costly as compair to another aurtho same lavel hospitals. A normal X-ray that costs around ₹300–₹400 outside is ₹700-1000 there, and applying a temperory plaster costs ₹4,000–₹5,000, which is higher than expected. Everything is OK but needs to work on best price for services. Consultancy charge for OPD is 700 here which is OK as normal charges in Noida location.

My experience with him was not good. He prescribed unnecessary tests and medicines. For a simple ligament tear, he advised an MRI — it seemed like they were more interested in making money than treating the patient. On top of that, he prescribed seven days of medication but asked me to come for a follow-up after five days. When I questioned the clinic about being charged a consultation fee again, they said the consultation was valid for only three days. Later, when I visited another clinic, I recovered with just an X-ray and minimal medication.
