Class II division 2 is one of the most common Orthodontic problems in Europe. The 2 central incisors (the 2 teeth in the middle)of the upper arch are retroclined (tipped inside)and the 2 lateral incisors(the second tooth on the right and left) are the main characteristics of the dental problem.This Orthodontic problem does not only show teeth that are not straight,also can cause problems in the Temporo-mandibular joint (the joint in front of the ear) which can be the major problem.
