Second class Angle classification is one of the most common orthodontic problems in Europe. The two central incisors (2nd tooth in the middle) of the upper jaw are in retrospect (with the top inwards), and the 2 lateral incisors (the second teeth on the right and left) are forward, these are the main features of the dental problem. This orthodontic deformity is associated not only with unordered teeth, it often affects the tempo-mandibular joint (joint in front of the ear), which is associated with discomfort and joint problems. Treatment can be done using labial braces (metal or ceramic) or lingual braces. Treatment time is usually from one year and eight months to two years, depending on the age of the patient and the severity of the problem.
Treatment here was done in a period of one year and 9 months without the need of extraction.
Proper treatment will give the patient beautiful and tidy teeth and proper occlusion .... Seek help for healthier,
