Dr Pilgrim-King

Now located in Dallas. She's been a fantastic doctor for both of my children since they were born. Truly cares and it shows through her interactions.

I love Dr. Pilgrim-King. A co-worker referred her to me while I was pregnant. She was great to let me "interview" her while trying to find a pediatrician for our first child that was on her way. She answers all questions and provides a first time mom with informational sheets to help you on your way. My daughter is now 3 and she just loves Dr. Pilgrim-King. You can tell she loves kids by the way she interacts with them. She is a wonderful, wonderful doctor and I love her as much as my daughter does!!! ** 13 years with this amazing doctor. Her personality and interaction with her, now as a teenager, is still fascinating. She’s an amazing person 💜💜 ** 15 years old and Dr King retired - no notice until the last day (which I don’t blame her, I blame the office), no info on this new doctor, nothing. It’s a shame that we need to find a new provider but that’s life.

I can not say enough great things about Dr. Pilgrim and her staff. My son has been going here since he was born and there has been nothing but excellent care from everybody. Dr. King takes her time and listen to your concerns and offer suggestions when needed. She is a intelligent doctor that when are if she has a gut feeling she does not mind sending your child out to get furthur evaluated. Erica at the front desk is just pure sweet and always willing to help in anyway she can. Thank you all for the love you give to all kids and parents we appreciate you.

My children have been seeing Dr. King since they were babies. Now that they are about to age out, we are pretty sad. She knows my children very well and that is not always the case with doctors. She is absolutely amazing! She's personable, loves to laugh and talks to the children on their level. SHE IS JUST GREAT!!!!! We will be sure to cherish these last few years!

I always felt like this was such a great office until I tried to obtain my daughter’s medical records. I had to leave work to pick up a disc from the office where I was provided the wrong password to access the information on the disc. Once I called and retrieved the correct password I saw where Dr. king had put statements made by mother concerning sleeping and feeding habits. Each statement was false. I’ve been getting weird vibes from this office for the last two months so I decided to document the last visit. I can’t for the life of me figure out why she is placing false information on the medical records or why she tried to inform me via the portal that the summary didn’t show the details but that the medical records would, try to keep me from obtaining the medical records and then have false statements on them but I will not be allowing my daughter to go back to this office. I feel that there is something fraudulent going on for sure. I was also not happy with her attitude after I reached out to her about providing incorrect information in my daughter’s chart prior to me seeing the medical records. I guess she did not like me being concerned with the fact that the records hardly ever reflects what’s being said and done in the visits. This is something that is very important if you decide to switch doctors, need accurate records for court proceeding or just need them to keep up with what’s actually going on since there is no way they will remember everything on their own for every single patient. I like how she was with my daughter but the superior attitude when you’re just asking for them to document correctly and not fabricate any conversations from visits is too much. Especially when it’s their job. If this ever happens to you, do not be afraid to report this type of behavior to the Texas medical board, disciplinary hotline or consumer complaint hotline. Pediatricians have very important jobs and it’s time for them to be held accountable when every part of it is not being done correctly.

We’ve been going here for about six years now, they’re always nice. We never wait long, their communication is good and Dr pilgrim-king is amazing really good with the kiddos. Erica is great too she’s been there a long time and always very professional and nice.

The wait time to set up an appointment or talk to someone is ridiculous (5 minutes or longer). They schedule appointments for 8:00am but don’t open until 8:15am or later, and then try to charge you a fee ($35) for being late to your appointment. Also majority of the time you wait at least 45 minutes after your scheduled appointment time to see the doctor.

I love Dr King and Dr taylor they are wonderful. My son has been going there since he was born. I love her.

Ok doctors office, but the wait for appointments is ridiculous!! (Sometimes exceeding an hour wait) Overbooking is no way to treat patients.

Hands down ones the most compassionate and caring doctors out there. Would highly recommend!
