The treatment I received, unfortunately, did not help me. However, my initial appointment was pleasant—the nurse was very kind and knowledgeable, and Dr. Schwartz was also kind and professional.
The follow-up before the treatment was fine overall, though I wish there had been more transparency about the pre-treatment sign-off process. I ended up needing to drive there the day before the procedure (about 1.5 hours in traffic, one way), which required me to take additional time off work and caused some stress due to last-minute changes in my schedule.
The treatment itself was carried out well, and the staff took excellent care of me. However, a few days afterward, when I shared some post-treatment symptoms, I felt that my concerns were dismissed by the nurse who followed up with me. She told me that my symptoms could not have been caused by the treatment. After doing my own research, I found that others who had undergone the same procedure reported similar symptoms. Given the sensitive nature of my condition and treatment, it was disheartening to have my experience invalidated in that way.
