Coronary Angioplasty - Process to remove blockages in the coronaries. A small tube catheter is passed to the Coronary artery and a wire is placed at the blockage site and then dilated with a balloon to remove the blockage. Then if required a balloon is placed to prevent the immediate closure at the blocked site.
कोरोनरी ऐंजियोप्लास्टि - इस प्रक्रिया से हृदय की धमनी की रुकावट को हटाया जाता है। इसमें हाथ या पैर की धमनी से एक महीन तार को धमनी में रुकावट की जगह पर गुब्बारा फुला कर रुकावट को हटाया जाता है। इसके बाद यदी आवश्यक हो तो पुनः धमनी को बंद होने से रोकने के लिए रुकावट की जगह पर स्टेंट लगा दिया जाता है।
