Sessions with Jess have truly opened my eyes to the health benefits of regular chiropractic care. I began seeing Jess during my pregnancy to alleviate back pain, and she ensured I could carry my son until the very end. She also helped him maintain the correct position, which gave me the option of a vaginal birth after caesarean (VBAC). This demonstrates how she reduced stress on my body to prepare me for childbirth. After Jean Luc was born via C-section, I scheduled appointments as soon as possible to help him settle his nervous system and align his body. This has provided numerous health benefits that I did not experience with my firstborn. Jess ensured Jean Luc had a strong latch, resulting in pain-free and long-term breastfeeding. During follow-ups with the paediatrician, everything was perfect—his ears, milestones, and overall body awareness. At nine months, we needed grommets for our firstborn to relieve pressure from teething, but with our secondborn, chiropractic care made a significant difference, and he did not require any medical treatments. He has been a picture of health and happiness, sleeping well at night and thriving during the day. When Jean Luc showed a slight preference for his left side, Jess quickly identified it and intervened, and now he has no preferred side. I have walked this journey with Jess, and I truly believe my secondborn’s resilience is largely due to her interventions. My firstborn will be starting his journey as well, and I am excited to see how his health will thrive. I have also noticed that small issues in my own body have started functioning properly again, making me less irritable, healthier, and overall a better person to be around.

After a session with Jessica I am completely pain free for several weeks. She is extremely thorough. You do not feel rushed. She takes her time & expertly addresses all issues you may be having. Recently booked an appointment online with Dr Heath, the whole process was very easy and convenient. I received an email with a link to a form I had to fill in as it was my first visit, so there was no paper work or waiting on the day of my appointment which was nice. Dr Heath made me feel very welcomed and was such a calm and caring soul, felt like I had known her for years! She explained everything with great detail and care. I felt so much better after our appointment and feel so relieved to have found her. I can highly recommend Dr Heath, she is such a gem!
