What to eat with exercise- for diabetes
Report: exercising is very important for everyone and especially diabetics. Sometimes your blood glucose rises while exercising and sometimes it gets too low. This all varies from person to person. If your blood sugar is very low before you work out and you have taken insulin too, then it is not a bad idea to eat a fast absorbed carb. This is especially in the case when you have taken a short acting insulin before 2 hrs of working out. Now, sometimes your blood sugar rises while you exercise. This is because your body produces a hormone called adrenaline which works against insulin. But, your blood glucose soon returns to its original state after you finish exercising. Thus, the most important thing here is to check your blood sugar to understand your body and glucose pattern.
