Why should you exercise regularly?

This will prevent it from shrinking and because everything is linked with the brain thus it will improve your overall health. The second reason to workout everyday is to regulate your hormones. Exercising reduces insulin resistance by making your cells sensitive to insulin. It will also increase the production of growth hormone which will help you burn fat. The third reason to become fit. But all of these can be achieved with a balance of diet and exercise both.
