Chief Complaint
Recurrent rashes on arms/legs for 2 years, severe night-time itching, worsening recently.
History & Exam
No major illnesses; mild pollen allergy.
High stress, late nights, spicy food preference.
Red rashes, scratch marks, dry skin.
TCM Diagnosis: "Blood Heat & Wind Dryness Eczema"
Symptoms: Severe itching (worse at night), dry mouth, constipation.
Cause: Stress, diet, internal heat, external wind invasion.
Treatment
1. Herbal Medicine (Internal & External) – Decoction + herbal wash.
2. Acupuncture (2x/week) – LI11, LI4, SP10, SP6, ST36.
3. Diet & Lifestyle – Avoid spicy food, hydrate, manage stress, improve sleep.
Outcome
After 2 weeks, rash reduced, itching relieved, sleep improved. Further recovery expected.
