🧪 Symptoms:
Frequent urination (10+/day, 2–3/night), perineal/testicular pain, insomnia, anxiety, abdominal discomfort. Tongue: red with yellow greasy coating. Pulse: wiry, slippery, rapid. Long sitting & work stress.
🧠 TCM Pattern:
Liver Qi stagnation, damp-heat, Qi/blood stasis, Shen disturbance.

🌿 Herbal Formula (7 days):
Chai Hu, Huang Qin, Che Qian Zi, Hua Shi, Qu Mai, Hai Jin Sha, Tao Ren, Chi Shao, Dan Shen, Chuan Lian Zi, He Huan Pi, Ye Jiao Teng, Suan Zao Ren, Fu Shen, Gan Cao.
Usage: Boil daily, take twice after meals. Adjust weekly.

Main points: CV3, CV4, SP6, LR3, GV20, HT7, BL23, BL52, BL32
Optional: SP9, SP10
Method: De Qi, 30 min retention. Moxa on CV3/4 if cold signs.
