Presentation:
Post-chemotherapy numbness, tingling, and burning in hands/feet for 5 months. Gait unstable, poor balance, weak grip, worsened in past 2 months. Pale complexion, fatigue, impaired coordination.

Lymphoma treated with chemo. Diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy. Western care focused on symptom control.

Exam (TCM):
Tongue: Pale with thin white coat
Pulse: Deep, weak
Findings: Dry extremities, reduced reflexes, unstable walk

TCM Diagnosis:
Qi and Blood Deficiency + Cold-Damp Obstruction

Herbs: Huang Qi, Dang Shen, Bai Shao, Dang Gui, Ji Xue Teng, Bai Zhu, Gui Zhi, Chuan Xiong, Qiang Huo, Xi Xin, Zhi Gan Cao
Modifications:
Luo Shi Teng, Shen Jin Cao (numbness)
Xian Mao, Rou Gui (cold-damp)
Acupuncture: LI4, ST36, SP6, GB34, GB39, KI3, GB30; warm needle & moxa

Avoid raw/cold foods, warm foot baths, Tai Chi, stress reduction

2–4 weeks: Reduced numbness/pain
8–12 weeks: Improved balance, daily function。
