I can't speak highly enough of the front desk staff, Diana, Elizabeth and Jasmin are very helpful, friendly, polite, and respectful. The entire experience, from the moment my daughter and me walked in was fantastic. The staff in the back are also very friendly and kind. Ileana Núñez, NP was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all of our questions and concerns. She is awesome! We left the office feeling confident in the care we received. NR

Im.srry but he lucky I gave him one star. Wish I couldn't give him no star.. He was very insensitive due to my husband passing .It took him over 3-4 weeks to sign the death certificate. So my pain last as long he didn't sign I cant do nothing . 💔 Gave the Cremation long and a run around due to no answering the phone. Receptionist nude too.when I went in person. Sad about them NO Heart!

The worst PCP in Clermont the receptionists are rude and not helpful. They had order for my condition faxed to them and when I called the receptionist who's named begins with M refused to help me even though I needed immediate help and my condition is severe. I love Dr Sosa but his staff is HORRIBLE they need whole ned management. I was also billed TWICE for random things that made no sense. If you care about your health don't come here. They will literally let your condition get worse before picking up a phone or send out an order in time.

They bill for things that are not discussed in appointments and say it is routine care. They make you go back multiple visits for things that can be done and discussed in one! Worst place I have been to!

First visit with doctor sosa he is amazing I can tell he is a really good doctor and also all his employees are very accommodating and professional ..I'm glad I found a good doctor! And also he can speak a little bit of Filipino love it!

Dr. Sosa is very professional and explains everything in plain in detail. My husband and I are very glad we found such a great PCP!

Doctor Sosa staff was very friendly, it was very easy to make an appointment and to fill out all my paperwork. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions.
