The procedure was done smoothly and professionally. Dr. Gupta and his whole team are very polite, supportive, and caring towards patients. The clinic environment is clean and comfortable. Disappointed with a doctor for the first time. I chose Nitish based on good reviews, but it turned out to be a poor experience. Both his advice and the RCT failed within a day. I wanted to save my wisdom tooth, and he suggested a specialist for ₹6000, asking ₹2000 upfront. After two sittings, the pain only worsened. When I opted for extraction, he seemed unsure and eventually became unavailable, leaving the treatment incomplete despite ₹5000 already paid. I finally went to Clove Dental, where the procedure was smooth and handled confidently. When I requested a refund, it was refused. Overall, a very disappointing and unprofessional experience.
