What a fantastic company I had anywhere rooter, come out a week earlier and charged me and never got my line cleared only wanted to upsell me to $1200 Dr. Drain came out. Great experience with Dr. Drains. Needed to replace our 20 year old water heater on its last limb. Dr Drains came out the same day for a quote and installed the next day (could’ve been same day, but I was shopping quotes). The price was fair and work was excellent. Very professional and friendly service with great communication throughout the whole process. Will definitely hire them again for any plumbing needs.

Find another plumber. I’ll explain what happened below. Called in to fix a shower head that was hanging. The plumber called me and said there was a leak in the water line and asked if he could cut into the tile to deal with the leak, I said yes. He cuts into tile & takes some drywall with it (see pictures). Without asking or turning off the water, he removes a pin that was in the pipe. This causes water to spew out everywhere & up into my drywall. Only once he left did I find out the drywall was soaked. Thankfully, the tenants called and told me. More work needed to be done. He quotes me a price, comes back 3 days later, completes the work, then tries to charge $175 more than the quoted price. I come over the next day because I need to take the handle off of the shower valve so that people can fix the tile that was broken. Why wasn’t that handled by the plumber who should know that piece needs to be removed?? On top of this, a piece of drywall was cut out of the wall (see pictures). The plumber did not get my permission to cut the drywall nor did he tell me that he cut it. Find another plumber!

I had a great experience working with Cody from Dr Drains. He quickly and professionally fixed a leaking spigot and handled a repair on the main pipe. Communication was clear, he arrived on time, and everything was completed efficiently. You can tell he really know his stuff—and he left the area clean, which I really appreciated. Definitely my go-to for any future plumbing needs!

Will and Cody came out same day and fixed a leaky water supply line to my fridge. They also moved the shutoff valve to the house to a more accessible location. They were in and out quickly and very professional. 10/10 would call them again and will be recommending them to friends.
