My mother has Parkinson’s and is being treated by a senior neurologist. My dad fell one day and had brain clots. He is 88 yrs old. My ma’s Doc specifically asked me to get in touch with Dr Dhruv Chaturvedi. Operation was advised and at this age I was very sceptical. Dr Dhruv explained the whole process with lots of patience. We have so many pre & post operation questions but he has always been very helpful. Last time I remember, he specifically went to CT Scan Lab to check on the reports in real time. We have found him very approachable . Will also mention Rhea Ma’am (Dr Dhruv’s coordinator ) who has extensively helped us in all paper work & coordination during my dad’s operation, ICU, Ward transfers, tests etc and ensured we don’t get too tense. We wish Dr Dhruv and his team more success in the future.

Dr Dhruv Chaturvedi is one of the best neurosurgeon I have known. He has excellent knowledge and expertise, very polite behaviour. My father underwent x2 successful surgeries accomplished by him and his team. My father had major problems with his Lumbar and cervical spine. Doctors in Fiji could not diagnose his problems at all. I tried to contact Dr. Chaturvedi for an online consultation as a first-timer, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. He was quite rude during the call, did not provide proper information regarding booking/consultation, and abruptly cut the call in the middle. For someone reaching out for the first time, this was very discouraging. I expected more professionalism and basic courtesy.
