I’ve been coming to see Dr. Ashpole for years. He is great. Always explains the procedure thoroughly and answers all my questions. He helped me with my varicose veins and I’ve been coming to see him for Botox. 5 stars!

Brad Ashpole lied and claimed he never took my photos for my breast reduction. He instructed me to lose weight and complete 6 weeks of physical therapy, which I did. However, my insurance ultimately denied my surgery because the required photos were never submitted—despite the office originally taking them. This was devastating, especially as I was preparing for my wedding and had hoped to have the surgery beforehand. During my consultation, the doctor made derogatory remarks about the size of my breasts, which left me in tears. I strongly advise against seeing this doctor. Thankfully, I am now working with another surgeon who confirmed that this physician clearly had no intention of operating on me and that his behavior was discriminatory. Do not believe his 5 star rating! Responding to Office Feedback : I want to clarify that I was not being overly aggressive. It's understandable to feel upset after following your instructions to lose weight and complete six weeks of physical therapy, only to have “never taken my photos” used as an excuse to deny me surgery. Additionally, you lost my medical records and claimed you never took my photos, despite the fact that you clearly did. It’s difficult to understand how such discrepancies can occur, especially when it seems like misinformation is being spread. After discovering these errors, I find myself questioning why I would trust you to perform my surgery. I believe this is a clear sign of God’s protection, as I have now been approved for a breast reduction with another doctor through my insurance—someone I can trust. May God bless you. I would strongly advise anyone to reconsider seeking treatment from a doctor who has proven to be unreliable.

Dr. Ashpole treated me with Botox and Daxxi injections on two occasions. He is very thorough and takes his time explaining the process and his recommendations for best visible results. He also listens to your input and makes you feel valued and comfortable. I’m very needle shy, so he went the extra mile with making sure I was relaxed, gave me a stress ball to squeeze, and talked me through the process. He’s the first doctor where the injections didn’t hurt me. He’s my go to for injections as his touch is light and the results are even better!

Dr. Ashpole did not offer any effective treatment options for my scar. He mentioned that had I sought care two months after the accident, he might have recommended additional interventions, but at this stage, the only option he proposed was a series of $250 laser treatments—primarily to accelerate the healing timeline by a few months, with no significant impact on the final outcome. Additionally, his demeanor was dismissive and impersonal, which made the consultation particularly disappointing. I will be seeking care from a different provider.

Dr. Ashpole and the entire team provide exceptional care. From check-in to check-out, the experience was smooth, friendly, and professional. Dr. Ashpole is thorough, attentive, and genuinely cares about their patients. The office is clean, well-run, and welcoming. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality, compassionate healthcare.

Dr. Ashpole’s attention to detail and thorough explanation of procedure set my mind at ease. I never felt rushed and this another wonderful attribute that we all seek as patients when selecting a doctor. The staff was very friendly and attentive e as well!

Dr. Ashpole and his staff are amazing! You walk in and automatically feel welcome. I initially came in for a consultation and really liked how Dr. Ashpole educated me on the subject matter and gave me his honest opinion. Same day I had Botox injections which to my surprise were painless. I strongly recommend Dr. Ashpole and his staff! I’m coming back to remove sun damage spots on my skin.

I went to Dr. Ashpole for a breast revision in January and could not be happier. This was a very big decision that took me 6 years to revisit after an unfortunate surgery that ended in complete implant removal. From the wonderful staff to his bedside manner, I felt completely comfortable and 100% trusted that I was in good hands and my safety was first priority. I’m 4 months out and couldn’t be happier with my choice of Dr. Ashpole and my results!!

My son received care in the emergency room from Dr. Ashpole after a dog bite to the nose. Throughout a very difficult procedure of a wound closure and skin graft he demonstrated a calm demeanor, frank communication and incredible skill. As a family we are so grateful he was on call that day! Highly recommend.
