Smile Solutions Multi-speciality Dental Care Clinic– Limited Period Offer - Terms and Conditions: 1. Offer Period- This promotional offer is valid from 1st June 2025 to 30 September 2025. 2. Eligibility- Open to all new patients visiting for first time. Patients must book an appointment in advance to avail the offer. Offer is applicable only during morning sessions (10:30 AM – 1:30 PM); Monday to Saturday. 3. Free Dental Check-up- Includes a basic oral examination by a qualified dental professional. Does not include X-rays, cleaning, fillings or specialized consultations (e.g., orthodontics, endodontics periodontics, oral surgery), unless specifically stated. 4. 20% Discount on Dental Treatment- Discount applicable only on select treatments (e.g., dental x-ray, fillings, cleaning, simple extractions, scaling, simple root canal treatment etc.). Cosmetic and advanced/complex/high risk procedures (e.g., implants, braces, aligners, smile design, disimpaction surgeries, medical conditions) may be excluded or have a separate discount structure. Offer valid only if treatment is initiated during the offer period and within the morning hours. 5. Appointment Booking- Prior appointment is mandatory and subject to availability. Walk-ins will be accommodated based on slot availability. 6. Non-Transferable- The offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with other ongoing offers or packages or any credit facility or easy instalment options (EMI or post dated cheques) 7. Right to Modify/Withdraw- Smile Solutions reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice/intimation. 8. Late Arrival Policy- Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the offer may not be guaranteed. 9. No-Show Policy- Repeated no-shows may lead to disqualification from present and future promotional offers. 10. General Conditions- All treatments are subject to the dentist’s clinical recommendation and consent. Total amount payable after discount must be paid in advance or atleast one visit before the last visit in which the treatment will be completed. Final interpretation of offer applicability rests with the clinic management.
