Downriver Springs exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and treated my truck like it was their own. The quality of the work speaks for itself — my lift came out absolutely perfect, and the ride quality is exactly what I was hoping for. Everything was done on schedule, communication was solid throughout the process, and there were no surprises. It’s hard to find shops that truly care about both craftsmanship and customer experience, but Downriver Springs nailed it. I couldn’t be happier with my lift and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier work. I’ll definitely be coming back for future upgrades.

While in for a repair, their inspection found another issue I wasn’t aware of. They sent me pictures of the issue. Then while doing those repairs another issue became evident. That repair was covered by the manufacturer warranty, so it had to be done by the dealership. I couldn’t get in for at least 2 weeks. Steve contacted someone he knew at another dealer and got me in in 3 days. Definitely trustworthy, fair on pricing, and they get the work done quickly.
