Double J Tree Service LLC

We had a really great experience with Double J. Our 75+ year old tree was in desperate need of a total clean out. Justin spent a lot of time explaining why we should trim the tree, and what needed to come out. The quoted price was a lot, but more than fair for the scope of the work. John and crew came out, and did a great job cleaning out all of the dead and dangerous parts of the tree, so now we can enjoy it for many more years. The picture below shows the before,

We were very impressed with Double J Tree Service from start to finish. Our tree was giant, close to our house, and with massive roots starting to cause significant damage. We sought out input from reputable local businesses on who to use for this big of a project and every single one referred us to Double J, as Justin was also a certified arborist. All communication for getting a quote and scheduling was quick and respectful. We watched the whole removal and we were impressed with their skill, priority for safety, and constant communication (including praising each other for nailing particularly challenging branches-we love a business where employees encourage each other). The work site was left clean when they finished and I can tell you my stump grinding looks significantly more thorough than many others that have been done in the neighborhood. If you are looking for someone who knows their stuff, does the job well, and will give you a fair price for a tree removal, Double J is our recommendation.
