Donna has been our agent for a while now. Always so helpful and knowledgeable. Gives the best advice and always a joy to work with excellent realtor and just a very kind and caring person. Would highly recommend if you want the best.

I have to admit Donna is the best in the business. She helped us sell our house in a timely manner and was always available whenever we had a question or concern. We were very fortunate to find her.

He wasn’t sure what he wanted but she guided us through the process. Donna always kept us up to date on new listings as well as info in general.

We cannot say enough positive things about Donna. My wife and I were relocating from another state. We were very selective on what we did and did not want with our new home. The housing market is fluid and fast in the areas selected, so homes sold quickly. This often occurred faster than we could get there to see them. This has become a multi-year process for us (also due to unforseen family events), and Donna never gave up on us. She was always cheerful and professional, so much so that we had Donna represent our son when he purchased his first home. We finally found a home and made an offer. Donna worked hard to get our bid approved and then guided us through the purchase process. When we had a question about the property, she promptly contacted the seller's broker and quickly relayed answers. If you want a dedicated, knowledgeable, and reliable Realtor, Donna is the person you want working with you!

I rate Donna off the scale at highest possible score. In April 25 my Truesdale MO family got into significant problems and I am in FL. I had to sell their property quickly. Being out of state and unable to travel there, Donna did waaay more than any realtor would do. She did all the legwork to get me legal POA - she even visited a jail to get this done and personally got it recorded at the courthouse. She personally organized a team to clean and clear the poorly kept property. She coached me step by step. She had a solid offer in less than 30 days!! Final closing - she got me set up with a mobile notary who came to my home in FL. AMAZING!! So call Donna if you need real estate help!!

Donna Hency is an amazing realtor! She was very patient with us as it took us almost 2 years to find what we were looking for. My husband and I had gotten pretty serious about a couple of properties and she worked with the sellers only for the properties to fall through.
