Donatos Pizza

Super disappointed with the bait and switch this is what they advertise and this is what you get. How are they going to describe a large pepperoni pizza with pepperonis from crust to crust and then you get this monstrosity delivered to you? Super heavy on sauce absolutely nothing for pepperoni on a pizza that was way over $20 and literally have had better tasting pizza from Walmart frozen food section. Never again!!! My complaint is on the amount of or lack there of pepperonis on this pizza. You can clearly count almost no pepperonis on it but the picture on the other pizzas Literally have 4 to 5 times the amount of pepperonis. So the owner writes that the thin crust and the deep dish version of the large have over 100 pepperonis meanwhile, if you order the hand toss you get about 20 Pepperoni that’s funny because it doesn’t say that stuff when you order it and then oh it’s a trading issue we can address. Well, it definitely needs to be addressed especially if they’re throwing 100 pepperonis on a pizza for the picture and 20 on the actual pizza when you get it deep dish or crust the amount of pepperoni shouldn’t change.

1st and Last time there... While the Pizza was very tasty... Large Cheese, Pepperoni, Green Peppers, Mushrooms...$20.00 It was as thin as a Dime.. I called in my order for Pick-up.....I was never asked what kind of Crust I wanted... Maybe they only have one kind.. I would never had ordered Thin Crust.... The Employee was very nice and polite.... I'm giving 1 Star because no option on Crust.....

I had a big order, called ahead, and was treated very well, take-out order was hot and ready on time, and the big win was that my guests loved the pizza's! The cauliflower crust is excellent. The only down side was my vegan guests were very disappointed as Donato's has eliminated their vegan cheese and sausage choices. Not a great move as this population continues to increase, especially in the younger generation.

I live in Rochester, NY and every time I am near Erie, PA I stop and pickup multiple pizzas to freeze at home. Donato’s makes the best gluten free pizza I have ever had. I share my pizza with fellow New Yorkers and they are all in love. Please open a location in Rochester, NY. Love your biggest fan, Haley S.

Best pizza I've ever had!! Seriously.. we were on our way home to North Carolina from visiting Niagara Falls and wanted to eat at a local pizza place. WOW We were NOT disappointed and you won't be either. The staff was wonderful and friendly and like I stated before, honestly the best pizza I've ever had. We got a large hand tossed pepperoni. I wish y'all were closer to where we live.

We just ordered a large veggie pizza with pepperoni on it and let me tell you it was the best pizza we have ever eaten. The pepperoni and crust were crispy and the veggies melt in your mouth. It was a culinary work of art! The staff were super pleasant as well, we will definitely be back again 👌👌👍👍

Tried for the first time today. Absolutely phenomenal, the prices are a little higher than other places but its worth it. You get what you pay for! Will definitely be returning as a regular customer whenever it’s time to order pizza! ..Ordered from the place next to Family Video up the street weeks ago and that was a disaster…they forgot my toppings…instead of fixing the mistake they put raw toppings on a cooked cheese pizza. Long story short I will never order from there again. Glad I ordered from Donatos instead this time, it definitely wasn’t a mistake! Staff was also very kind and attentive! Hands down the best pizza I’ve ever bought in Erie!

I ordered two large pizzas from here and the pizza was delivered warm, fresh and was delicious. I got a cheese pizza with extra sauce and a pizza with pepperoni and sausage. The driver also was very nice and courteous. Didn’t get any wings but I will be trying them next time. I very happy that a Donato’s location has opens in my location. I will be ordering again in the near future. 😊🍕.

First pizza place outside of Buffalo (moved here recently for college) and honestly, pretty mixed experience. Visited: 10/07/22. Ordered: Medium sausage, pepperoni, and mushroom pizza. Firstly, the employees when I visited were super nice and they got our pizza and wings out quickly. Since we ordered the pizza half no mushrooms, plus the wings half BBQ and half parmesan, they even offered to split the boxes for us! Secondly, the pizza. The pizza was surprisingly good, nice and crispy and not too greasy. No complaints here. The wings though. . . Egh. The BBQ was great but the meat was. . . Questionable. It was mainly squishy, I had to basically dissect my wings to get actual meat. Overall though, other than the wings, pretty solid!

This pizza is absolutely divine. I don't know if I've tried any pizza from a shop that's ever been tastier. Tons of options are provided, the staff is kind, and the locations are all very cleanly. The pickle pizza was what I tried, and it was such a fun idea and it was so delicious. I highly recommend this store!!!
