I have to brag on my amazing staff for a minute. I was just at the Donatos Pizza franchise conference and the East 38th store won the highest OSAT (overall satisfaction) score for the year of the entire chain with a 95%. To give you context the industry average is about 74%. 🫢. All three stores are significantly higher than that. I have an outstanding staff at all three stores and I’m thankful for every one of them. We aren’t perfect for sure and we do make mistakes but we genuinely try really really hard.
