Thanksgiving is two weeks from today. I just want to take a moment to speak about my staff. It is HARD to run a business. Especially a restaurant and even more so a pizza place, that wasn’t founded here in Erie. Everyone, after all, has had pizza their whole lives from multiple places and knows, confidently, how it should be made.
I try to run the stores the best I can, to prepare excellent products, to treat my employees well and our customers well and to be involved in our shared community that we are fortunate to live in. While there have been (and still are) many days that I question why I chose this path - then this happens. I looked at the past month of internal customer surveys. The three stores had 28 comments that rated employee friendliness and ALL of them were positive. How amazing is that? This makes me smile and makes it all worth it. Thank you to my wonderful staff.
