After more than a decade of planning The Crossvines, a research farm, grape crushing, dining and event venue, in Poolesville is ready to open in July. Built on property owned by Montgomery County Revenue Authority and in partnership with Weller Development Partners. We were proud to partner with Winmar Construction on this project. Donald Steinman Electric was involved in this ground- up construction project. This facility will be a boon to many property owners who have turned to using their land to grow grapes and produce wine.
We did all the electrical work, including the main electrical, grape crushing pad, fermentation, wine storage, and interior and exterior lighting.
