I was Recommended to Don The Plumber By my brother’s neighbor. I called them and. immediately was greeted by a friendly voice, asking what my needs were. I explained the issue to Laura, Who provided me with a reasonable quote and set up the job within 24 hours. Rafael the technician that came to install the gas water heater was friendly and professional and he did a great job In installing the unit. The price that I was quoted was the price that I paid without any additional Items. The payment Process was easy to follow. The bottom line was that I was totally satisfied with the professional work that this company did. I would recommend them to anyone at any time.

Great service and reasonable prices! Don the Plumber did an excellent job in fixing the root blockage in my main water line. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me informed about what needed to be done and how he was going to fix it. I highly recommend him and will definitely call him again when the need arises.

Don and his crew are excellent. Great communication from the start and through out the process. They diagnosed the issue and got right to work. The work was exceptional. He located a box that had been missing for years. They were fair priced. They cleaned up and left it in perfect shape. Highly recommend!

We HIGHLY recommend Don the Plumber!! In a desperate search at 10 p.m. on a recent weeknight (because I had just discovered our water heater was leaking all over the garage floor), my husband found Don’s website as well as three other plumbers and left messages for them all. Don was the only one who responded, contacting us promptly at 7 a.m. the next morning. He came out himself a few hours later, and replaced our water heater plus fixed some other related things. Got to work, no BS, no trying to upsell us. The cost was fair and actually much less than my husband expected. Just did the job and took his time to get it right. That’s his process and his promise. We also love that it’s a family-owned business. We will for sure call on him again for any future needs.

I Had a main line clog. I initially called a different plumber because it was on a Sunday and also over the holiday weekend and Don the Plumber was closed. The other plumber that I called prices were so high, I decided to wait until Monday to call Don the Plumber. On Monday when I called Don the Plumber I spoke with Laura, who is extremely nice and very knowledgeable. She sent Rafael out and he was timely, fast and efficient. He answered all of my questions. Don the Plumber is reasonably priced and not charging an arm and a leg. I felt very comfortable using them. You can tell they are not trying to take advantage of you and not over charging you. I have used them in the past to fix my toilets and at that time Rafael fixed both toilets fast and efficiently. These people know what they are doing from answering the phone to getting the job done. Rafael with Don the Plumber came over today to work on 4 issues that needed repairs. I am SO HAPPY I contacted them! Rafael was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He explained what and why the problem occurred (primarily the garbage disposal and dishwasher not working). The problems were all fixed and the price was very reasonable!! Been using Don the Plumber for 6-7 years now and have been very satisfied with their service. They’ve always been prompt, courteous, and professional, and I’ve been very happy with the results each time. The last job was an the largest- Rafael and Noah were a pleasure to deal with and did a great job.

I called Don when I had a leak in my bathroom wall and exterior clean out. He came in a timely manner to diagnose the problem. He put me on the schedule and came with his team to fix it. He returned a couple days later to check the integrity of the work to make sure everything was sealed. He and his team were very professional. I recommend Don the Plumber if you need a timely, trustworthy, & reliable plumber.

Showed up on time and promptly evaluated problem and gave me a quote. He was efficient and let me know what was done and why. Cleaned up worksite and let me know that there is a warranty for their work. Courteous and professional. I will definitely use them again if I have a plumbing problem.
