My senior dog had FHO surgery, and I truly don’t think he would’ve recovered this well without the incredible care from Mike and Jess. They created a personalized plan just for him and every session was tailored to his needs and progress, and they even gave us homework exercises to do between visits to keep him improving. One of the biggest bonuses was having my dog in the comfort of his own home, it made such a huge difference for Beans. He felt relaxed, safe, and confident, which helped him focus and succeed with each session. I’m beyond grateful for such a supportive and knowledgeable team, are truly the best! 🐾❤️

I highly recommend Dogtor of PT for canine in home physical therapy for dogs recovering from an injury as well as dogs who are experiencing aches and pains as they age and need a little extra support to improve and maintain their mobility. Mike and Jess have worked with two of my dogs over the last several months. I appreciate that they only use positive reinforcement and work with each dog’s specific needs and personality. My dogs get so excited when they see them pull up to our house, so I know they love their sessions. And, I can tell they feel so much better! I also appreciate that we are given exercises that don’t take a lot of time or require you to buy special equipment to do in between sessions to maximize the healing process. I have done other types of PT with fosters in the past at local clinics. I feel my dogs have really benefited this time from being at home and not having the added stress of getting to and being at a clinic. This is a wonderful team and I can’t recommend them enough. I wish I could give more stars!!

My 15 year old dog Princess has been seeing Mike for almost a year for PT. When she was 14 she was biting her legs, struggling to get up from laying down, and refusing to go outside for her walks. After only just 2 visits we saw a huge difference in her quality of life, and we decided to keep her on the same journey. We have a very large dog community where we live and they also noticed a difference - she runs and is able to play with our newly adopted 2 year old pup and also enjoys her walks! Mike is patient with her and makes sure that he does not force anything and who doesn't like a couple treats for an hour? Highly recommend!!!!!!

Working with Bam and Jess at Dogtor of PT has been an amazing experience. We have two dachshunds that have both had severe pain issues. Our oldest dog Sylvester is 17 and starting receiving treatment about a year ago with the Dogtor of PT. After trying Adequan, Librella, and other pharmalogical treatments with little success, we decided to give physical therapy a try. We were at the point of considering putting him to sleep because he was in so much pain all of the time. Right now Sylvester is currently off pain meds except a dose of anti-inflammatory (Galliprant) every 2-3 months. He is able to go on his daily walks and enjoys being outside again. Our other doxie Gunnar, who is 7, was suffering from what we were told was a herniated disc even though none of the doctors could tell us why his pain was so severe. They had referred us to a surgeon for back surgery because we were out of options. He was having a severe pain episode every 3-6 months for about 2 years. We also started Gunnar on physical therapy and were stunned to find out that his pain was more likely related to a luxating kneecap. Bam was able to locate the issue and through strength and mobility training, dry needling and laser therapy his pain issues have almost completely disappeared. I can't stress enough how eye opening this journey has been for our family. There may be other options for your dog. I highly recommend contacting them to have your dog evaluated. Bam and Jess are very caring professionals and have a genuine connection to our dogs. Our dogs trust them as much as we do.
