The restaurant is very clean and the staff are friendly and accommodating. As a new restaurant, I am very impressed by the caliber of their efficiency and as a fan of DogHaus, it’s a great addition to the neighborhood!

Stopped by Dog Haus recently and had an awesome experience. The food was amazing — the sausages and burgers were cooked perfectly and the fries were incredible. The drinks were great too and the bar had a really good vibe. What really stood out though was the service. The General Manager Thomas came around and checked on our table and made sure everything was perfect. You can tell he really cares about the place and the customers. Definitely one of the best spots in the area. We’ll absolutely be back.

For a fast food place, the food is ok and fairly priced. It's probably one of the best value options in Van Ness (Connecticut Ave). The couple of servers working were good and helpful but the customer experience was not great. We seated ourselves and got menus. It was not obvious at all that we were meant to order at the kiosk. And there was only one kiosk, so my party had to wait. In theory, the app lets you order but it was not working. Also, I missed on the way in that the beer selections are on the wall on the right as you come in. But as you come in, you have to figure out what do do next, not look around. Overall, for partial self-service, it's ok, but I won't rush back. I'm probably not, however, the right demographic (older). It was nice to see a lot of younger people dining, which one does not see so much at nearby restaurants.

This restaurant is the go to spot in the Van Ness area. Food is amazing. Tasty options whether you are looking for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Food comes out fast and is served by a remarkably friendly and helpful staff. Tons of beverage options especially if you are a beer lover. Highly recommend this spot if you are looking for a fun place to eat great food, catch a game, and have a great overall dining experience!

First time here. We were really excited to come. Great atmosphere, very comfortable seats. Unfortunately our orders came out wrong. First it was the sweet potatoes fries which were supposed to be hot honey. When we mentioned it he said the kind we ordered wasn’t in their system. But he was able to fix it and get the right order out. The next thing was my sliders. I had ordered the mix and match and the wrong ones were brought out. I didn’t say anything because we already had the fry situation. Chicken sandwich wasn’t seasoned well and the fries were soggy. Had to ask for refills of water even though we were the only people at the bar.

Service was terrific, even on a very busy Friday night. Food was fresh and very tasty - wings were excellent. My only negative is noise but I know restaurants can be very noisy at happy hour🫠

Great new place in the neighborhood. While they are still working out some kinks with being new, the customer service was outstanding and the food equally great. Looking forward to our next visit.

Walked in after waiting for 4 months for this place to open in my neighborhood. Sat down at the bar full of old white men in their 50s and was asked for ID. Im 22 however still have my vertical as it has never been a problem. Bartender didnt pick it up or look at it instead just told my friend and I to leave. Was so excited for this place. Now hope it goes the way of every other restaurant in the area. If your not an old geezer trying to escape from your wife doesnt seem like the spot. Ended up at the tried and true viet chopsticks 4 doors down which is full of 20-30 year olds, cheap, and delicious.
