Jennifer was very helpful and responsive in educating me on the door options and get me. on the install schedule. Chad my installer was terrific and explained everything and cleaned up extremely well and installed the doggie door in no time. Took some time for the dogs to get used to the double flap and that this was the new exit/entrance. I love supporting excellent local small businesses and this is one of them! I would highly recommend the Doggie Door Guy and Hale Pet Doors!

Greg showed up right on time for the appointment we made. He was very professional, respectful and completed the work in a timely manner. Our new door looks great and we no longer have cold air coming in. I would definitely recommend them for any dog door needs!

I was very impressed by the team’s ability to find a dog door solution for us. Jennifer was very prompt with a quote. This company is awesome. I got the large electronic dog door, and will never go back to a regular dog door. My pups can go in and out as they please, and I get the security of knowing that random wildlife or people cannot come in through the door. I've had the door for over 6 months and the collars work well. I can also control the door through an iphone app, so when I hear my dog running down the stairs (meaning she has found something she wants to drag outside to chew up), I open that app and turn off the inside sensor, preventing her escape. There was also a malfunction of a part in the door a few days ago, so the manufacturer is sending a brand new replacement door (even though a single part could be replaced), and Dog Door Guy is going to install the new door for me, free of charge. Initial installation process was seamless from the beginning, they managed to beautifully install the dog door in my unusual home door (and also fixed my door knob that barely worked! lol, thanks so much), and this customer service follow up is perfect. These are good people working at a great company. Couldn't ask for more, and very impressed. Highly recommend.

We could not be happier with our experience! Jennifer was extremely helpful and made sure we selected the style of door that best suited our needs. The scheduling was easy and we could always get a hold of them! Greg was extremely professional and friendly during the installation and he installed the entire door and stairs very quickly. The quality of work is excellent and we could not be more satisfied with our finished dog door! We will recommend them to everyone!

Wow! What great service! Greg was fast and professional. I was so impressed that he even fixed some little things on my door that made it work better than before he came. It took a few weeks for the glass to come in, but was totally worth the wait. My puppy loves his new dog door (and so do I)!

***Update, and after better understanding with the gentleman coming to my house, this was primarily a manufacturing issue, not Dog Door Guy. They even went as far as correcting some internal processes to prevent future issues with other customers, as far as I am concerned this is the level of correction more companies need to pride in. Great job, and thank you for our door! Awful first installation, completely mutilated the dog door part with set screws not properly installed in my sliding glass install. Had them come back and fix it as it flew off as my small 18 pound dog came through the door. He used some scrap metal to “make” it work. The guy that came insured he would order the correct piece and come and reinstall, here we are 3 months later and radio silence.

Greg, the Dog Door Guy, was awesome and he exceeded my expectations. My puppy, Riley loves his new dog door in the sliding glass door. Greg helped me get Riley acquainted with the new door. Since Riley is so small, Greg also provided a step to help Riley use the door. Greg was quick and efficient in the installation process and his office assistant, Jennifer, was very helpful and accommodating in working with my schedule. Thank you!

We had a dog door put in by Greg this last May. Very pleased with the results. Greg was timely, and friendly to the pooch. Very clear about what was involved and what $$ would be. At first I thought the price was a bit high, but after seeing the results and how Greg cleaned up as he went I would hire Dog Door Guy again in a heartbeat. Only took the dog two days to get used to using the door too. Now I'm so happy that I don't have to get up every hour to let the dog out anymore. Now it's November and I'm pleased with how it doesn't seem to let much cold in. (Unless our silly dork decides she wants to stand halfway in and out and bark at the neighbor dogs.)
