James was polite and easy to talk to, prompt arriving, and seemed super knowlegable. We received excellent service and are looking forward to having a working dishwasher again!

A big thank you to Miguel, who went above and beyond to keep our service appointment. He overcame a few obstacles that pushed our time a little later than expected, but he communicated and showed up to address our refrigerator issue instead of rescheduling us for another day. I appreciate his professionalism and extra time he spent to ensure we were satisfied with his assistance.

Miguel from the Phoenix store #3 diagnosed, order ed and replaced a defective part on my range with efficiency and great customer service. Doctor Appliance was the 2nd company to come out to resolve the issue…. and Miguel patiently listened to me describe the issue and vent about the previous repair company that wasted my time. After technicians from another company made multiple unsuccessful attempts to repair my refrigerator, Aiden from the Appliance Doctor made an accurate diagnosis and then returned to do a successful repair. Scheduling with the Appliance Doctor was easy and efficient, and the degree of professionalism and customer service I got from Aiden was above and beyond. I wish I had contacted them in the first place.
