Ilya from Doctor Appliance fixed my dryer that was making a super loud noise, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He was so nice, very professional, and explained everything clearly. He made the whole experience easy and stress-free, and was extremely helpful from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Doctor Appliance and Ilya to anyone needing appliance repairs!

Had a washing machine serviced by Jay. He showed up on time, was courteous and did an excellent job with what was a very involved repair due to the number of items that had to be disconnected and reconnected. He waited for a quick cycle to run to make sure everything was working as expected.

Quick and excellent service! They go the extra mile for their clients. My fridge has an H1 issue, so I gave them a call. Upon booking an appointment,(quick turn around time btw) they gave me a 2 hour window. I asked if it could be closer to the front half of that window and the message was definitely relayed and honored , which was greatly appreciated! Jay the serviceman gave it to me straight. And suggested a new fridge as the repair would be worth more than the actual fridge (11 years old) which I figured but was hoping for a cheap Hail Mary repair!! All in all, quick and straight forward service!! I'll definitely call back with the next issue. Hopefully later rather than sooner!!!

My dryer was making a wicked noise, I thought it was the end of it, but decided to give it one last chance and called Doctor Appliance's. A lovely knowable young man name Ilya came in short notice and in no time fixed my problem. A pleasant surprise so close to Christmas.

Had a visit from Danny from Doctor Appliance today to fix my dryer. He was a total pro - explained what was wrong, located the right part, installed it quickly and tested it thoroughly. 5/5 experience, I’ll definitely use Doctor Appliance again.

I had an issue with my washing machine and learned of Doctor Appliance Repair through a Reddit search. They were quick, having someone show up the next day to diagnose. Less than two days later, the parts ordered arrived and were installed. Danny was excellent in service and in explaining the work being done. He’s also great with pets if you have any. Pricing was reasonable and I’m much happier extending the life expectancy of my appliance than replacing it.

Jay was great on the service call for our leaking fridge. Took the time to check things over carefully and explain his steps. Kind and competent. Definitely will use Doctor Appliance again in future.
