Our policy is to provide a free service call with every Ottawa appliance repair. What exactly does that mean? When you call us to find a local appliance repair technician near you, we'll notify you of a time that is convenient for you. Our office manager will explain that their is a flat rate service call to have an appliance repair technician diagnose your broken appliance.
After the technician diagnoses the appliance, they'll provide a detailed quote of the costs of the repair. This quote will include labour and replacement parts (if necessary). Sometimes, the cost to fix a broken appliance is just not worth it. In that case, the technician will advise the Ottawa resident not to go ahead with the repair, and then the client will only pay for the agreed upon flat rate service call.
However if the cost to fix a broken appliance is cost efficient than the initial service call is waived. Therefore, the Ottawa resident, landlord or property manager would only pay for the cost of the repair, and not the initial diagnostic fee.
There are two ways to save money with Doctor Appliance. Firstly, you dont have to pay for the service call if you go ahead with the repair. Secondly, if a repair is cost-efficient than you'll save money fixing a broken appliance instead of sending it to a landfill.
