Doc Bee Well

I took my mother to see Dr. Benjamin Fastbinder at HealthPoint in Tukwila. We had the worst patient care experience. My mother is elderly and doesn’t speak English. My mother had some muscle issues. I was translating for her. The doctor without permission and justification called for an interpreter insinuating a physical abuse. There were no bruises. We were shaken by the experience and walked out in the middle of the visit .As we were leaving, the doctor was grinning and said goodbye in Arabic. I found this doctor to be insensitive, unprofessional, and very intimidating. I reported the concerns to Washington’s DOH. Please, don’t see this practitioner, and report to DOH of any concerns. This person should not be practicing medicine.

I have been dealing with a chronic medical issue for several years. I have seen many doctors and have not found the right diagnosis or treatment. I reached out to Dr. Ben for a new perspective. He was knowledgeable, caring and offered new ideas that I haven’t heard from other doctors. Would recommend.
