DK Appliance Repair and Maintenance

My 7 year old Bosch fridge decided to retire, but Dominic said no way! He made 3 trips with different parts and on the third try, it worked. He only charged for labor on the last trip. The price I marked included 2 parts, a trip charge on trip #1 and the labor to install a new motor. Super nice guy and very responsive. He doesn't give up easily :)

Y'all. If you have washer or dryer problems, you're wasting your time if you call anyone OTHER than DK Appliance. Our Maytag dryer (bought in 2016) had been making a horrendous screeching sound for a couple of months... And then yesterday the sound changed to more of a rattle. I knew I needed to bite the bullet and get it fixed or possibly lose my dryer. 😭 I called DK at 11a, after a quick Google search and seeing their 5-star review and BOY AM I GLAD I DID. He came out within the hour, and had my dryer fixed before I left at 1p for a meeting at the office (a total of 2 hours from the moment I called). He was VERY professional, kind, and reasonably priced. I seriously cannot emphasize how much I recommend this person.

Dryer wouldn’t dry; called, after research and found DK Repair. The team arrived at the scheduled time, completely professional, diagnosed the problem in short order and offered numerous options along with pricing. Dominic called when he was on his way. He showed up ahead of his scheduled time window. Diagnosed the problem with the washing machine and suggested replacing an additional part that would likely fail (given it is 13 years old) which saved us about $200 if it did fail in the future. He was prompt, efficient and his price was reasonable. I highly recommend DK Appliance Repair and Maintenance.

My husband and I were desperate to get our over the range microwave fixed as it was custom fit to the kitchen and was impossible to replace without having to make cabinet modifications. We called DK and they were so amazing. They fixed the microwave with a quick turnaround! We called on a Monday and were scheduled for the repair that Friday. We can't recommend DK enough!

DK Appliance Repair is a great company! Called, got an appointment scheduled to fix our stove and Dominic showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had the part in his truck and had the stove repaired within an hour! He is professional and very knowledgeable. His service is great and the cost is quite affordable. Will definitely call for repairs of other appliances as needed.
