Yakov and team are always great. We called in the morning with an emergency sewerage overflow and he was able to squeeze us in the same day to help us out. Super friendly, reliable and always explains what he is doing, estimated costs and how to prevent issues from happening again! This is the 5th time we’ve used Yakov and team, couldn’t recommend him more!

Booked this company to complete a full day job and cleared our schedules for the day so we could be home for it. We were advised the electrician would arrive between 8-9am. We locked our pets away to be out of the electrician's way and waited... and waited... and waited... He never showed up and after MULTIPLE follow up calls on our behalf when we were told over and over that he was on his way and would be there shortly, we were advised at 11:30am; 4.5 hours later and after having to call them ourselves AGAIN, that they got in touch with the guy and he wouldn't be attending today because he had just gotten into a car accident. Was he coming from NSW? I don't know about anyone else, but if I had a car accident while at work, the first person I would advise is my employer... And if I was an employer, I would probably make some enquiries if my employee was MIA for that amount of time... Strange, huh?! Thanks for wasting our time!
