Diversified Roofing has been amazing to work with from the very beginning of this process. What makes their team highly qualified is their vast knowledge of the roofing industry & the fact they care about their customers. After evaluating the installed roofs, I noticed all flashing locations were done properly and looked great (along with the roof itself). They worked in a professional and timely manner to ensure I got the most for my dollar. Their team was great in educating me on all of the materials and led me in making the right decisions. I would highly reccomend their team of representatives and installers to anyone in the market for a new roof.

These guys were great! I had some issues with the first sales rep who came out but they quickly fixed the issue and helped us get our new roof! They were timely and their communication was clear and helpful. My 3 year old son loved watching them and they really made him feel like he was part of the crew. Great company and great people working for them.

Diversified Roofing installed new rain gutters for us. I had obtained other bids, and this company was SO reasonable in comparison! The end result is outstanding. We are more than happy with the result. Rick, Colton, and Nick were the crew, and they did a great job. Rick was so accommodating, too. We just had new stucco installed, and then the hurricane remnants of Priscilla and Tropical Storm Raymond came raging through, leaving our windows leaking and a lake along the edges of our house since we had no rain gutters up. Rick rearranged his schedule to fit us in, even though he really didn't have time for a month to get us in. We are so appreciative! Use Diversified Roofing. You won't be disappointed.

We had a fantastic experience with Diversified Roofing. We started having leaking around a PVC vent coming out of our roof and wanted to get it fixed before winter arrived. Alex and Daniel came out with a couple of their crew to check it out and as busy as they are, they took the time to repair it on the spot. These guys came highly recommended to us and I see why. Based on my experience, I highly recommend them also.

Diversified roofing graciously awarded my mother, a resident of Durango for 25years, a new roof! Found them through a local magazine and entered the give away. Once the drawing was over and we accepted the new roof. Raul, Alex and crew, came to the house and got the tear off, dry in, inspection and shingled the roof in one day! Very quick, and professional. The clean up was spotless and all workers on site were polite and respected to our property and our neighbors. We are so thankful this company set my mom's house up with a brand new roof. We will forever recommend them to anyone else needed roofing done. Thank you all so much 🙏🙏

Working with Diversified Roofing was nothing short of a pleasure. I had three structures that needed roofs on my property and they took care of all of them. The sales person worked closely with my insurance company which was a great relief for me and helped me understand each step of the process along with recommended upgrades that I asked about. There was never any pressure and the installation crew(s) were courteous and did a good job cleaning up after themselves everyday. Would definitely recommend them.

Daniel and his team did a fantastic job installing a new roof for my home. From the very beginning, I felt like Daniel was someone that really cared about his work and the people that he works with. I couldn't be happier with his level of communication and transparency throughout the entire process. His crew was incredibly hard working - arriving early and staying late to get the job done. The crew showed up within 30 minutes on a Saturday while it was pouring rain for a repair. Everyone was professional and courteous, VERY highly recommend. After the temporary roof repair, Diversified replaced our roof. Daniel Medina was our on-site coordinator. Daniel and his crew did an amazing job. The replacement took less than a week, and he and his crew made sure everything was fully completed. Again, HIGHLY recommend!

My experience with Diversified was 5 star mainly because of Daniel who quickly took care of my business roof problems (I am trying to sell my business office and a pre-appraisal raised specific needs to be addressed). He responds to emails andVM within a mintute, with a compassionate , can-do reassurance…and it’s gets done pretty much that day.
