They do not complete the project as per the agreed timeline. Initially, they provide updates, but later they stop responding to calls and messages. I ended up losing money and time. Before finalizing any contract with this vendor, request them to share a couple of previous projects owners contact details to understand their feedback and experience.

I actually approach some of the customers of this particular builder..Unfortunately i did'nt got any single positive feedback from the customers..!So before approaching the builder please know their projects and feedback from the owners...!
