The store seemed nice and moderately well priced, however when my daughter decided she changed her mind and wanted to wear Stitch instead of Minnie to the parks the next day and I tried to return items, they notified me that all sales were final and they could not return anything. This policy was not transparent because when I was told returns were against their store policy a blue sign that was covered up had small red writing at the bottom that all sales are final. It’s fine that that is their policy, but it seems very disingenuous to have that policy without it being clearly stated.

What an amazing family-owned store! This store has the perfect selection of gifts with prices and a wide range of Disney, Universal, and other items not just for tourist purposes but also for a birthday present or for a special occasion. Furthermore, there are good selections of beachwear/pool items to take to Blizzard Beach or a water park. It is easy on the eyes and spacious, so it is not overwhelming when shopping. A bonus is that the owner is very kind, very good with the kids , and is always willing to help!be sure to stop by!

Rajib was amazing. Very helpful in spite of the missing nameplates for the product. Overall nice experience! If there were no missing names would easily be a 5 star!!
