Good afternoon everyone, Today, I want to share my honest feedback about Disha Computers. It is important to speak the truth, especially when students invest their time, effort, and money expecting quality education and respectful guidance. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The faculty behaves unprofessionally, and many times they argue and fight in front of students. This creates a negative environment and makes students feel disrespected. A classroom should never become a place to witness conflicts. Another issue is the reviews. Most of the positive reviews shown online are not genuine—the faculty themselves tell or pressure students to write them. This is misleading and unfair for anyone searching for real feedback. I also want to highlight something that happened with me personally. They often hire students who have just finished college or are still learning, They hire newcomers so they can avoid giving fair payment. This shows how little value they give to both students and employees. The behaviour of the main person in charge is highly unprofessional and deeply concerning. Instead of maintaining a healthy and respectful learning environment, he often ends up shouting at the teachers — many of whom are students hired right after college — and this happens openly in front of other students. Such actions not only embarrass the faculty but also create an atmosphere of fear rather than learning. At times, his temper leads to unnecessary arguments, and he even speaks rudely to students, which is completely unacceptable in an educational setting. While they try to appear polite in front of everyone, the reality behind the scenes is different, and the lack of professionalism is clearly visible. No student or teacher deserves to be treated this way. Students come here to learn with confidence, not witness constant shouting, disrespect, and unnecessary tension. These issues need to be addressed seriously to create a better, more respectful, and truly educational environment for everyone. I am sharing this because I have been disappointed twice. No student deserves to feel frustrated, unheard, or disrespected. Institutes should maintain professionalism, and treat students and teachers with dignity.
