Discovery Dental & Implants

This place is fantastic! Went in for a consultation on a dental implant. First thing, is the team of employees were smiling and welcoming. The place was spotless and very inviting. I was very impressed but was still a bit nervous about going to a new dentist. But meeting the staff and the dentist I knew I had found a great place. By 3:15 I had my new implant (yes same day and scheduled after consultation) and was on my way home. For me, I had no pain and was amazed by the procedure, staff and dentist. Previous dentist told me I’d need someone to drive me back and forth but not the way implants are done here. Honestly, you will love this place! Efficient, mellow, joyful atmosphere and respectful. Wonderful place.

He did 6 implants for me. His treatment is relatively painless and it is my most pleasant experience at a dentist in 20 years. His implant robot makes it more accurate, faster, less painful and with faster recovery. He is also very gentle, personable and honest. His staff is awesome especially Stephie who always makes your day better.

I only had an initial consultation so far, but I can glean a lot via my first impressions, and I really liked this practice based on my visit. The techs and front desk staff are super chill & friendly, and the dentist himself is the same. They were transparent with me, and conducted the tests necessary to give me an accurate treatment plan, free of charge per their “free consultation” offer. The energy in this office was everything good and relaxed, yet professional. I didn’t spend a lot of time with the dentist himself, but it was enough to feel like I was in credentialed, capable hands. Check them out; you won’t regret it!

DOUG WAS AWESOME! I have really bad anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, and the staff; especially Doug, made it very comfortable for me. So grateful that they were very patient and supportive with me. The establishment was clean and seemed well organized! This is officially my new dentist office! Thank you 🙏🏻

I’ve had such a great experience at Discovery Dental from day one! The receptionist, Yesenia, was so friendly and welcoming, and all of the assistants were wonderful (especially Stephanie). Dr. Mersha was amazing! I came in for a single tooth implant and was really nervous at first, but he and his team made me feel completely at ease. The procedure went smoothly, and the pain was nothing like I expected, and it was so much easier than I thought it would be. I’m so happy I found this place and plan to stay here for all my future dental needs!

I had an outstanding visit to Discovery Dental & Implants! From the moment I walked in, the team was friendly and professional. But I have to give a huge shoutout to Angel, the dental assistant—she was AMAZING. Not only did she make me feel completely at ease, but her warmth and attention to detail made the whole experience so much better. You can tell she truly cares about her patients! Dr. Mersha and the rest of the team were top-notch as well, but Angel really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for friendly, expert care!

I am so grateful to have found this place. I’ve been looking for a dentist that doesn’t decide to just pull your tooth out, replace it and call it a day.. Dr. Shah is amazing!! He does the opposite and will save your teeth. Very light on the hands, knowledgeable and i like how he uses tools that are high tech and adds to the comfort and ease of the procedure. Thank you to Marlon for making me feel comfortable and welcoming, it helps when you have anxiety during dental procedures. And to Raydrealle the office manager, thank you for answering my endless questions patiently and with a smile. Best Dental office i’ve ever been to!

Warm, friendly and wonderful staff!! After moving out of state, I was devastated to leave all my medical and dental family behind! My former dentist referred his collage buddy and dear friend Dr Mersha. I just had my first visit and I am so blessed to have found yet ANOTHER dental family with Discovery Dental! I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Endalkachew Mersha and the entire team at Discovery Dental in Las Vegas! I first came all the way from Philadelphia last July to begin my treatment, had my permanent teeth placed in December, and just returned for my first cleaning. There is absolutely no way I could be happier with the results. Dr. Mersha did a phenomenal job—my smile looks and feels amazing, and the quality of his work exceeded every expectation. Beyond his skill, he and his staff made me feel supported every step of the way. They are professional, kind, and truly go above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. Traveling across the country for dental care was a big decision, but I can honestly say it was the best choice I could have made. Thank you, Dr. Mersha and Discovery Dental, for giving me my confidence back and for treating me like family. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for outstanding dental care! I’ve been a patient of Discovery Dental since I moved to Las Vegas back in ‘18 and I don’t ever plan on leaving them. Everyone in there is amazing and like family. Dr. Mersha and his team are one of a kind. They always greet me by name, have my teeth looking pearly white and keep my gums healthy. I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but I had to for them. A++++ all the way around.
