We have worked with Francie Braithwaite for several years and we hope to continue working with her forever. I feel it is almost cliché to say, but she actually listens! We tell her our want list and she does a great job of finding that perfect house for us. She doesn’t push you to the houses that are only at the top of your budget. She is extremely accommodating and genuinely wants to make you happy to the point she makes you feel like you are her only client. After you make an offer on a home, she is still there every step of the way. She is constantly following up with the mortgage officer, the seller, the inspector, etc. She keeps things moving so that you don’t miss any deadlines or due diligences as well as have time to think things through without having to make rash decisions. She takes the time to explain everything to you, so you are fully aware of everything you need to be considering and everything that is happening behind the scenes. Truly the best realtor (and now friend) that we have ever worked with!
